Spa coordinator/receptionist is responsible for handling all day-to-day medspa routine, assistance of all the employees, scheduling, reporting to the Administrative Director, inventory, communication with clients, checking in/out clients.

-critical thinking skills to handle all of their administrative responsibilities.
-to be detail-oriented team player with leadership and time management skills and the ability to anticipate the types of services that clients would most enjoy and benefit from and implement these types of services into their establishments.
-customer service, problem solving and interpersonal skills are essential for Spa Manager
