SRW Products is currently seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Gathering requirements, designing solutions and implementing configurations on Salesforce.com
· Develop methodology and best practices for sales teams
· Drive platform adoption amongst all users
· Manage Salesforce roadmap and all platform initiatives
· Partner with Sales Managers to determine sales cloud needs and opportunities
· Act as project manager for all enhancement and maintenance projects related to sales cloud
· Develop and maintain backlog of enhancements and fixes
· Manage consulting/development partners
· Communicate and report project status to Leadership
· Responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our database
· Maintain and optimize workflows, process builders, flows, custom settings, page layouts, lightning pages, ERP (Rootstock) system, B2B Commerce and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
· Develop and deliver training for sales teams as needed
· Maintain adoption dashboards and data-quality dashboards
· Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions or user training requirements
· Stay updated on the platform’s new tools, capabilities and updates
· Manage any system code/configuration changes required with Salesforce releases
· Assist with special projects as directed by Sales Managers and Leadership

Requirements:
· High School Degree required
· Associate or bachelor's Degree preferable
· Certified Salesforce Administrator or Developer with 2+ years of experience
· Prior experience developing requirements for CRM project or implementation
· Prior CRM administration experience
· Ability to work in house/onsite in Princeton, Minnesota
