This n' That Amish Outlet is a business specializing in Amish-built outdoor structures, Indoor and outdoor furniture, animal structures, and more. We are currently accepting applications for *FULL AND PART TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS for Sales Associates at our Warrenton, Old Town Warrenton, Leesburg and Winchester locations. We foster a team-driven and customer-oriented environment, and offer on-the job sales training program to our team members.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a professional sales environment
- Customer service oriented
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous retail sales experience is a required
Requirements:
- Greet and engage customers, finding their needs and helping them shop and/or design the structure or furniture of their dreams
- Provide great customer service and offer clients a great shopping experience
- Build relationships with clients through knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
- Maintain a customer base through networking and client follow up to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Weekend shifts required and other duties as assigned
- Merchandising sales floor and general cleaning duties as needed to assure welcoming atmosphere.
Benefits:

- Potential pay range from $45-$75K per year based on experience and proven sales experience.
