Help Desk Service Support Specialist Associate
Full Time, Days, Required to work day shift on some holidays.
Position Summary: Under general supervision, provides call-center support to end-users for PC, server, telephony, network, applications and hardware.
Minimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to an Associate’s degree. Preference may be given to individuals possessing an Associate’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.
Minimum Experience: One year (1) of related experience preferred. Strong customer service and IT troubleshooting skills. Help Desk experience with strong computer and communication skills preferred. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm and a good time manager. Knowledge of Windows 10 preferred.
