The Service Desk Technician II is responsible for providing end-user support both remotely and deskside and escalate issues as needed. They will be responsible for the installation, configuration and support of end-point software, hardware, operating systems, mobile devices and networks.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of desktop support and troubleshooting experience
2+ years of help desk ticketing systems experience
3+ years of PC hardware experience
Strong skills with Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
Strong communication skills
Certifications are a plus
