Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed including, but not limited to opening membership accounts, mailing loan checks, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies.
Prepare Indirect loan packages for the quality control process.
Print Adverse Action Letters and run reports as needed.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of all Consumer Loan department's systems including LoansPQ, Xpress Accounts, Lending 360, as well as websites for FedEx and Staples.
Package and mail loan files to document storage facility for scanning and retrieve boxes as requested.
Maintain a good working relationship with vendors for department printers and document preservation.
Provide lunch/break Reception Desk coverage on a rotating basis.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of related administrative experience preferably in a Financial Institution
