Job Summary:
We are seeking self-motivated commercial HVAC service technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience servicing, installing, & maintaining commercial equipment ranging from 5-100 tons.
Required Qualifications:
· Show proficiency in a broad range of HVAC/R equipment, such as WSHPs, Package Units, Split AC Systems, Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Building Controls, etc.
· Ability to Start Up, Maintain, and Service VRF/VRV Equipment, including Mitsubishi, Daikin, Carrier, and LG
· Superior ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment
· Skilled in component replacement/installation, such as compressors, motors, fans, coils, circuit boards, etc.
· Skilled in system replacement/installation and unit start-up
· Ability to perform all responsibilities with the highest level of safety
· Maintain clean work areas, handle tools properly, perform work tasks safely
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to legally work in the USA
· Ability to Pass a Drug/Background Check
· Willingness to handle heavy workloads, work overtime, and occasional on-call status
· Able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy object
Required Experience/Education/ Certification:
· Experience as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician (3 years minimum required)
· Universal EPA Certification (required)
· Driver’s License (required)
· HVAC School Graduate or Field Experience
· High School and/or college diploma (preferred)
