Roadside Customer Service Representative
As a Roadside Customer Service Representative at Morley, you’ll use your excellent listening skills and positive attitude under pressure to answer calls from stranded drivers who need your help.
The best Roadside Customer Service Representatives are genuinely excited to help callers and serve as a calm and reassuring voice over the phone. Customers' safety and satisfaction are of paramount importance, and you'll help them by putting yourself in their shoes and advocating for them as necessary. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver and will be confident at troubleshooting and investigating if there isn't enough information to resolve a caller's concern.

Our Roadside Assistance center operates 24/7/365. We are currently hiring for first, second and third shifts. Please indicate your shift preference when applying.
This position is eligible for shift premiums (working hours within second or third shift) and a bump in pay for cross-skilled associates.
Roadside Customer Service Representative Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (Retail or food service experience is great!)
Ability to type 30 words per minute (take a free typing test)
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
Ability to remain composed with frustrated customers who may be in stressful situations
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
