This position performs Front Desk duties for enterprise-wide Float Pool. This position works in assigned clinics across the enterprise and is responsible for greeting patients, checking in patients for appointments, verifying demographic and insurance information, making follow-up appointments, collecting co-payments, working various work queues, and acting as liaison between patient and clinical staff. This position will be working with multiple departments.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
