Candidate will act as the direct link between their officers and the Senior Director. Duties will include overseeing the security operations of the shift and the officers, scheduling staff, assigning officers to post and directing their assignments, emergency response as needed, conducting various trainings with the officers, administering discipline of the officers, coaching and mentoring, reporting/report writing, and other various tasks assigned onto them by the Senior Director or Property Manager.
Required Qualifications for Security Supervisor are:
- High school diploma required. A GED will not be acceptable.
- Previous security in a supervisory capacity or law enforcement experience.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- No criminal record and is able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Job Type: Full-time
