Insurance defense firm seeking paralegal with 10+years experience in drafting discovery responses, discovery motions, summarizing discovery; reviewing and summarizing medical records, preparing Answers, Demurrers, Motions to Strike, Motions for Summary Judgment or Adjudication, and conducting Legal Research for motions, oppositions and replies. Must have motion experience and be familiar with billing, ie Timeslips. Must be familiar with civil litigation deadlines re motions, discovery and Trial preparation.

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
