Position Summary & Responsibilities
Direct the daily activities of the Ryan White Part B Program. Ensure compliance with all requirements as indicated by the Human Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). Ensure compliance with all federal reporting and financial requirements for the aforementioned programs. Ensure the availability and quality of medical and support services for eligible clients in accordance with HRSA guidance. Analyze, create and update programmatic policies and procedures. Perform supervision of professional staff executing programmatic objectives in accordance with the State of Kansas and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment's guidelines.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Evaluate all aspects of the Part B program, implementing improvements as necessary. Oversee the coordination of the annual case management training. Analyze, evaluate, and review program components to develop policy recommendations and proposals. Provide technical assistance of implementation and/or changes of program activities to Ryan White Part B providers including maintaining and updating pertinent program policies, procedures and related manuals.
Bachelors degree in management, public health, social work, or other related health and human services field.
Licensing & Certification:
Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the State.
Four years of experience in Program Management, Policy Oversight/Development and or Public Health work.
A Bachelor's in management, public health, social work, or other related health and human services field may be substituted for the required experience.

Proofreading, editing, attention to detail
Ability to plan, assign and review work of subordinates
Knowledge of Kansas Disease Regulations
One year of experience working with the Ryan White programs
One year of work experience in HIV/AIDS

Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate Required:
