HR Education Consultant (this role will consult on the EMR and projects related to the EMR).
Opportunity for motivated individual with background in instructional design and/or technology. Prefer 5+ years of previous training experience, either designing or teaching. Strong project management, consulting and writing skills required. Preference for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and are flexible and adaptive as needs changes.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must have the ability to understand details of workflows/software and have the ability to design and deliver instructional materials/training in a way that promotes learning and engagement. A writing sample and demonstration of training skills is required.
Experience with the Epic EMR preferred as well as experience with ambulatory/hospital-based registration/check-in, health information management, and billing. Familiarity with current trends in Healthcare IT useful to the role.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Prefer 5+ years of previous training experience, either designing or teaching.
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: None required. Relevant HR or Training & Development certification preferred.
