We are currently looking for a Director, Commercial Finance.

This role will be a strategic partner to the Sitel leaders, responsible for developing pricing for new and existing clients, recommending and finalizing commercial terms and agreements, and implementing guidelines and processes with supporting training.
Summarize financial performance and translate complex financial concepts into simple and logical presentations for internal and potentially external audiences.
Participate in and oversee pricing and modeling around new or revised deals.
Provide financial consultation and commercial strategies to the North America sales and contracts teams during sales cycles.
Identify and communicate projected impacts on financial results, capital /operational planning, and bridge new deals into the forecast.
Assess and mitigate company risk (including credit risk) in new deals, and work to inform and educate internal stakeholders.
Serve as critical finance resource in negotiation of agreements for major accounts and other necessary implementation activities within finance function.
Champion cross functional activities enhancing revenue and margin generation by partnering with operations, legal and sales to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer requirements.
Lead financial processes supporting sales and creation and /or renegotiation of customer contracts (new deal on-boarding process).
Assist the internal finance teams with the reconciliation of projected versus actual financial outcomes, identifying variances and documenting learnings.
Process Development and Improvement
Provide leadership to deal processes including ongoing maintenance, communication and training of financial models, processes and guidelines.
Assist in designing initiatives that change upstream and downstream business processes to deliver better data to the finance department and visibility to leaders on contract profitability, forecast accuracy and achievability.
Provision of training and education for teams involved in the sales process on finance processes, margin expectations and compliance with accounting guidelines.
8+ years of relevant work experience, including Business Services experience (staffing, outsourcing services).
Proven leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills.
Solid organization, project management, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sales cycle and pricing process.
Ability to develop and assist with the execution of strategic plans.
Ability to foster and maintain strong business relationships and navigate complex political environments. Proven ability to influence others at all levels.
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of management to drive consensus and closure.
Demonstrated ability to adapt practices and techniques to changing priorities and issues and provide proactive, effective leadership.
Proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced user of Excel with proficiency in v-look-ups, formulas, and pivot tables.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral).
Demonstrated business savvy.
Bachelor of Science/Arts in Business, Finance or Accounting.
Master of Business Administration or Master of Science degree in Business, Finance or Economics preferred.
