Job Title: Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant

Responsibilities and Duties
Understand customers business needs and requirements.
Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s)
Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle Financial modules on the functional side.
Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle Financials.
Gather, Analyze requirements for enhancements and development.
Liaison with Client team & business and offshore support team
Prepare support documents, MD50/MD70 for enhancements/ Developments.
Participate in Change Management discussion in CAB meetings.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Oracle EBS Financials modules.
Experience with at least 2 end to end Oracle EBS Financials implementation, 11i and R12 experience a must.
Ability to interact with CFO/Accounting Controllers
Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, FA modules.
Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
