IMMEDIATE OPENING: HVAC Service Technician
Advantage Mechanical Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, commissioning, and maintaining a range of commercial HVAC systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, MUAs, Exhaust Fans, Split Systems, Hydronics)
- Commission new equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure energy efficiency
- Communicate repair and maintenance options to clients
- Maintain accurate service records
