The construction bookkeeper is responsible for the accounting operations of the GreeneBuild, LLC. The construction bookkeeper responsibilities include but are not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable; prior knowledge of AIA requisitions for payment; review and reconcile vendor statements, prepare lien releases to coordinate with subcontractor payments, track and obtain lien releases from subcontractor payments, issue and renew project certificates of insurance.
Construction bookkeeper will also prepare and submit monthly draw requests, enter sales and change orders in accounting program and process cash receipts. Additionally, the construction bookkeeper will prepare bank deposits, complete monthly bank account reconciliations; process payroll along with quarterly payroll reports, W2s and 1099’s.
