Peak Fall Protection is seeking self-motivated candidates with leadership and detail-oriented qualities. The Project Foreman position consists of meeting demands, and inspecting and installing steel components; interpreting plans and coordinating with site contacts; and maintaining a safe work environment for 2-3 person team. Position is for full-time employment with opportunity for overtime as necessary to complete projects. Regular weekly travel is required, Monday through Friday (meal per diem and hotel provided). Competitive compensation is hourly and based on experience, benefits including health and PTO offered. Opportunity for path to grow with company available with experience.

This is a hands-on, field position. Out-of-area candidates must be willing to relocate to the Nashville area and/or commute to the Nashville office each work day.

Essential Functions

  • Install safety products using standardized practices and methods.
  • Coordinates with management and other trades for the purpose of completing projects efficiently.
  • Assists other personnel as required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans, drawings, perform basic math calculations, and supervise/oversee small team of employees on job site to maintain safety.

Education/Experience

High School diploma

Construction or metalworking related experience is a plus
