Corti Construction, Inc. is a growing woman-owned general contractor in commercial construction. Our goal is to engage exceptional teammates to achieve exceptional results with our clients. We take a savvy approach, work hard, are ethical, and have fun! The Office & Facilities Administrator will be an integral part of the smooth and efficient running of Corti s Office. This highly collaborative position uses their diverse skill set to support the Office Manager, office staff, and field crew in a variety of tasks and responsibilities. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday during regular business hours and is located right across from the Microsoft Main Campus.

Key responsibilities include:
Support efficient and effective financial functions including accounts payable / accounts receivable entry in QuickBooks, employee expense reporting, mail pick up/distribution, and other administrative tasks and responsibilities

Coordinate, Implement and Support the Corti Safety Program. Monitor & track compliance and support Field Operations in staying safe.

Payroll processing to include reporting labor hours to jobs and running labor reports from QuickBooks

Reception duties to include answering main phone line and greeting customers and vendors

Act as the coordinator for external vendors; such as shredder and copier companies

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Support tool inventory and maintenance program, and vehicle fleet management program. Including but not limited to arranging vehicle repairs and maintenance, inventory maintenance, and general fleet management.

Manage, maintain, organize and ensure cleanliness for office areas (i.e. conference room) as well as the warehouse area of Corti s Office.

Help keep office stocked with office supplies (ie. copier paper, snacks, coffee, furniture) & run occasional errands for office supplies, material pick-ups, etc.,

Position Requirements: A Bachelor s degree and/or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education. A combined two to three years of experience performing Administrative duties and facilities coordination. Expert with MS Office Suite and intermediate experience with QuickBooks. Valid Driver's License.
