Position Title: Lead Stylist
Experience Required: 3 years+ styling experience with a proved base clientele of at least 40 guests a month and a valid Colorado cosmetology license
Business Classification: Commission Based Employee
Compensation: $50,000 - $130,000/year based on experience. Our industry leading commission structure puts the stylist first. (Commission rate is based off your monthly service sales only and for this position should fall between 50% and 62% depending on your verified monthly sales). Transparent and clear commission structure. No hidden fees, or confusing terms.
Scheduling Options: We are looking for a stylist to work 32 hours a week over four dedicated shifts. Specific days and times are flexible.
