IES is a preferred subcontractor for Cox Communications here in Las Vegas, NV. As a Broadband Installation & Repair Technician, you will serve as a front-line representative of the Cox brand in Las Vegas, NV

Job Duties inlcude:
Installs, reconnects, and troubleshoots video, telephony, and high-speed Internet services at customer locations.
Educates customers regarding their existing and new services, promotes other Cox services, and proposes solutions to customer problems.
Works outside on a customer’s premises or within a customer’s home.
Follows all Company standard safety practices in the course of performing work activities.

Must have a truck, van or SUV
Must have a valid NV DL
Vehicle must be registered in NV
Must be able to pass a 10yr criminal background investigation
Must be able to pass a 7yr DMV/MVR check
Must be able to pass a 9 panel drug screening
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be able to lift 28 foot ladder, as well as climb ladder and work on utility poles
Must be comfortable working in small places
