Collects, analyzes, and reports on risk and compensation metrics. Develops creative and innovative ways to answer critical business questions by augmenting existing data assets or driving the development of new ones. Leverages analytical expertise and data story-telling abilities to transform business requirements into impactful and efficient analytic solutions leveraging the full power of enterprise Business Intelligence tools available.
Provides a balanced skill set of business acumen and previous experience with reporting/BI. Proactively acquires business knowledge to provide insights to our business issues and concerns.
Works alongside Manager to enhance the Incentive Compensation Risk Management Program, providing process improvement, ad-hoc analysis and strategy optimization through thought leadership
Manages internal projects and ensures the program deliverables are timely and accurate. Performs day-to-day quality assurance for processes, deliverables, documentation, communication, meeting documentation and action item follow-ups
Assists with research on incentive compensation governance topics.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Communications, Psychology, Law, or related field
4+ years of experience in Project Management, Risk, Compliance, or other regulatory experience
4+ years of experience with Data Analytics, including Tableau and expert-level Excel experience
In lieu of education experience, 6+ years Project Management, Compensation, Risk, Compliance or other regulatory experience; 6+ years Data Analytics, including Tableau and expert-level Excel experience
