MMR Constructors, Inc. is accepting resumes for an Industrial Electrical Field Engineer.
The field engineer assists the project controls manager, in managing all aspects of a project including the organization, planning, scheduling, subcontractor scheduling, and day-to-day issues, in a manner that results in completion of a project on time, on budget, and a quality that meets or exceeds the customer's expectations. By ensuring proper company/customer procedures are followed, and established budgets and schedules are adhered to.

Job Duration: ~9 months
Job Schedule: M-S, 10 hour days (minimum 60 hours/week)
Rate: From $36.00 (depending on experience)
Per diem: $125.00/day (must meet mileage requirements)
Qualifications for Electrical Field Engineer:
- Must have prior Industrial Electrical Field Engineer experience
- Willing to travel and have reliable transportation
Duties and Responsibilities of Electrical Field Engineer (including but not limited to):
- As required, interact with key members of the project team and client organization to develop overall project construction plans and master schedules, as well as detailed system turnover schedules
- Must have ability to understand and analyze durations and logic of all phases of the EPC project to ensure credibility of the schedule and to clearly convey critical and near-critical paths
- Provide scenario “what if” planning and quantitative risk analysis of schedule
- Set up, prepare and maintain weekly/monthly project and program reports including quantitative progress and analysis, schedule performance, cost forecasting, cash flow forecasting
- Possess ability to direct and lead others, clearly convey information, actively communicate and work in a collaborative environment
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attend required and refresher training related to company and regulatory compliance
- Regular and reliable attendance at work
Experience and Skills required of a Field Engineer:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Project
