As part of our Store Management team, everything you do has a specific purpose that links Team Member effort to business results in your store.

The Community Donation Manager is responsible for increasing merchandise supply flow to his or her assigned store by:

  • Managing and Leading a team of Community Donation Center (CDC) Ambassadors within our store to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and communication of nonprofit partnerships is provided to all donors at the CDC, encouraging them to return and make Savers their donation center of choice
  • Driving company promotions and other permitted grassroots efforts inside and outside the store that create community awareness of the CDC, the company brand, and the benefits of donating to Savers.
  • Raise the profile of our store and the Donation Center in the community, with the goal of making our Community Donation Centre the ‘Go-To’ location when people donate their gently used clothing and household goods.
