Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager to set and monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients.

In this role, you will coordinate with our Executive and Program leaders to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement. To be successful in this position, you should have solid experience with customer relationship and a successful track record working within the Intelligence Community. You should also be able to identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns.

Strategy and Planning

  • Plans, directs, and coordinates activities in a strategic matter
  • Understands competitive landscape and informs strategy and capture processes accordingly
  • Performs day-to-day activities of the program and develop long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied in future years.
  • Provides SME consulting to client and technology trends ensuring alignment and balance with Corporate goals, forecasts and mission needs

  • Interface with customer and CACI Executive Leadership
  • Develops relationships within CACI and across business and technical community
  • Leads organic growth efforts benefitting from technical leadership

  • Understands and engages with Client Leadership to familiarize with Company and core capabilities
  • Understands new client initiatives and mission direction
  • Understands competitive landscape and informs strategy and capture processes accordingly
  • Collaborates with BD and Marketing to achieve on strategic “campaigns”
  • Identify and evaluate new Business opportunities
You will have one of the following:
  • 8 Years of job-related experience and Associate degree
  • 4-7 Years of job-related experience and Bachelor degree
  • 3 Years of job-related experience and Master degree
  • 2 Years of job-related experience and Doctorate
It would be nice if you had:
  • Solid background in IC customer acquisition strategies
  • Experience with Award Fee contract types
  • Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
Core hours:
9:30am to 2:30pm
