The Human Resources Generalist – Manpower Specialist is responsible for supporting the Complex with all labor planning, hiring and onboarding including data analytics. The focus of this position is to develop, manage, and measure labor needs and movement within the facility for Hourly Bargaining Unit employees. Track/report weekly labor levels and movement and coach dept. leads.
Identify opportunities to improve or control the movement of the work force. Work with other organizations specifically Industrial Engineering and Plant Operations to identify needs and impact to the business. Ensure effective communication throughout the facility by optimizing the communication network.
