We are searching for a dynamic Executive Administrative Assistant that will support the OptumInsight COO. S / he will be a seasoned professional with exceptional written and verbal communication, planning and organizational skills to provide executive-level support. S / he will serve as a central liaison for all internal and external matters, requiring the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, handle confidential matters with discretion, work well under pressure at times, and maintain balance among multiple priorities. S / he will excel in a fast paced environment with the ability to multi-task and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate management of an active calendar and travel schedule
Arrange travel and process expense reports
Logistics planning for on and offsite meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Leverage the appropriate technology to book meetings (e.g., conference rooms, catering, WebEx, tele-presence)
Preparing documents, presentations and other materials
Handle multiple assignments flawlessly and have the ability to consistently focus on the required details
Maintaining and tracking files, ensuring a high degree of confidentiality
Greeting internal and external visitors
Screening a high volume of phone calls
Contribute to miscellaneous projects, as needed
Build good relationships with other administrators in order to be able to schedule meetings timely that meet the needs of folks in different time zones
Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, both onsite and offsite team members
Communicate (speak, listen and write) clearly, effectively and timely using effective communication tools and techniques
May be asked to provide occasional support to other executives, as needed

The chosen candidate must possess:
Significant experience supporting senior executives in a complex, fast paced, ever-changing environment
The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy, excellent attention to detail and proactive follow through
Very strong interpersonal skills - including a high degree of professionalism, sense of urgency, diplomacy and commitment to confidentiality
The ability to anticipate and proactively support the needs of executives and exercise judgment in prioritizing requests for their time
Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of supporting executive leaders
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
Intermediate or better level of proficiency with MS Office applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks / projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills balancing multiple priorities
Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals
Demonstrated experience in preparing senior-level presentations and reports
Experience coordinating off-site events and large meetings, including WebEx virtual meetings and teleconferences

Must have a polished demeanor and strong oral and written communication skills
Takes accountability and ownership of tasks, performance standards and quality results
