We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the Women’s business forward by building customer-centric marketing strategies, ideating and planning campaigns, and identifying whitespace opportunities to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace. This person will support our Women’s NMG partners and strategic brand partners.
A day in the life…
Analyzes divisional business performance on an ongoing basis to identify opportunities to optimize marketing driven sales. Shares marketing results with internal stakeholders and makes recommendations on how to further support sales.
Pitches brands with incremental marketing lever opportunities and sees activity through execution and reporting.
Approaches all strategic marketing activity through the lens of Loyalty, Local Markets or Levers to ensure tactics tie back to marketing priorities.
Accountable for marketing campaigns targeted to their segments from briefing to reporting. Responsible for messaging strategy and writing campaign briefs. Collaborates with marketing partners on customer targeting strategy.
Accountable for contributing to campaign recaps, sharing results and learnings; presenting findings and go-forward recommendations to stakeholders.
Manages budgets, secure vendor funding and tracks spending streams, working closely with Finance to ensure proper tracking.
Main point of contact for divisional merchant leadership. Partners with merchant team on priorities, key brands, and reporting. Ensures key priorities are reflected in monthly product submissions.
Owns marketing relationships with preferred vendors, including planning, activations and reporting. Handles complex relationships with professionalism and sensitivity.
Drives efficient outcomes by partnering with Marketing Operations, Finance and Channel teams to drive strategic marketing execution efficiently and effectively.
Continuously strengthens marketing knowledge and is engaged in the fashion industry to stay up-to-date on trends. Actively seeks opportunities to learn, discovering innovative and first-to-market customer marketing ideas.
Hires, develops and supervises an efficient and effective team. Provides coaching, direction and support to junior team members, including direct reports. Seeks leadership development opportunities.
You own this if you have…
A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
7+ years of professional experience in multi-channel marketing, including planning, owning and managing budgets. Proven track-record of developing strategic marketing plans to drive better customer outcomes.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing data to develop optimization recommendations, including use of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and other business intelligence tools, like Tableau.
Proven track-record of developing internal and external partnerships to reach strategic goals. This includes intaking stakeholder priorities and synthesizing complex marketing concepts into digestible communication/presentations for review.
Skilled at presenting complex information.
Action and solutions oriented. Proven success negotiating and problem solving.
Highly collaborative, results driven and able to manage competing deadlines.
Experience managing people.
