We are currently seeking an HR Manager located in our Chandler, AZ office to support the Automotive Business Unit. As a strategic partner, you will provide high level global HR support to all functions represented in the business unit, as well as all employees at the Arizona campus. You will serve as a consultant and creator of high value-added HR programs, processes, and initiatives for the company’s current and expanding client groups. You will be responsible for driving change management, programs and corporate culture initiatives as necessary to scale, grow, and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute the HR agenda in support of the achievement of Maxim’s strategy and operating plans.
Partner with the Automotive leadership team to develop and implement talent plans to address organizational needs for today and in the future.
Achieve a deep understanding of the business strategy, goals and objectives and supporting organizational changes by developing and implementing appropriate change management plans.
Monitor and assist Management and our Talent Acquisition Team with recruiting and hiring processes to support the fastest growing business unit in the company.
Partner to drive employee development programs within the group to support career growth and retention.
Connect with all levels of employees to optimize work relationships, build morale and increase productivity.
Work with business leaders to establish and drive employee engagement actions.
Coach and develop key leaders in the business to build strong, high performing leadership teams.
Provide appropriate advice and counsel to your client groups in a timely manner. Ensure policies and practices are followed, working in partnership with Legal, and other appropriate departments.
Drive performance management and succession planning process within Automotive business unit to develop key talent and ensure high performers are retained.
Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree in business or human resources is highly desired.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources with increasing responsibility driving business outcomes with strong organizational development skills, knowledge, and tools.
Previous HR experience in the technology sector is preferred. Global experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency in the execution of tasks, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Well versed in employment law trends & strong knowledge of local labor law.
Strong relationship-building skills, results and team orientation and a commitment to the highest level of integrity are required to be successful in the role.
Must have employee relations experience identifying and resolving workplace issues and investigating employee complaints.
Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with and influence members of senior leadership.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
