This position coordinates distribution and investigation assignment of compliance and privacy hotline complaints on behalf of all UHS facilities, IPM and Prominence and the Corporate office in conjunction with the UHS Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.
Essential Job Duties
Assists with conducting Compliance Department investigations and other compliance and privacy related projects. Compiles periodic data and metrics reporting information
Provides administrative support to the UHS Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer
Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures
Coordinates and conducts actions to progress and conclude the internal investigation of compliance issues
Oversees technical issues associated with the corporate compliance hotline
Coordinates dissemination of written policies and procedures related to compliance activities
Assists with coordination and technical aspects of compliance training series and programs
Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years' experience.
Strong communication, collaboration and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and interact with all levels of company employees
Experience with information systems conversions, excellent computer skills on various systems
