A Caring Heart Case Management provides direct care services to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, as well as operates a day program. Office Manager/Assistant needed to be directly responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the program director and supervisors. Must have experience with Excel, Microsoft Word, electronic documentation, typing, faxing, data entry, answering phones, receiving and sending emails, filing, managing employee and consumer charts, coordinating trainings for staff, general housekeeping, billing and other duties as assigned. Must have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills, and a good work ethic. Assist with events such as parties or picnics. Background checks are performed on all applicants, and references are required. Applicant must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED and valid driver's license.
