We are looking for a Customer Specialist to join our team, someone who will be responsible for ensuring that clients can access all the information they need for their benefits. In order to do this we reach out to the client to review their program.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls
- Great communication skills
- Laptop to be able to use our software
- Allocating financial benefits
- Provide support for customer problems related to software installation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
