The Analyst, US People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments on people costs ($1B in spend) including salary, benefits, recruitment, training, etc. The position will work across the HR and Finance organization to create and optimize tools and processes, provide visibility into financial results, and identify and deliver upon savings initiatives.
Key Components of the role
Collaborate with finance and human resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget.
Develop and maintain monthly reporting suite for HR COE’s. Partner to monitor spending vs plan.
Monthly P&L variance analysis including identifying key cost/savings drivers vs budget.
Manage data accuracy within people reporting tools.
Ad hoc analysis and process improvement projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Workday and/or SAP a plus
Ability to work across the organization and handle confidential information
Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
