Transaction Coordinator Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to oversee and manage the Real Estate transaction process for our Offices. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently from contract to close. This individual will work closely with Real Estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to coordinate all aspects of the deal. Responsibilities:
-Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the Real Estate transaction process.
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of the transaction, including inspections, appraisals, and closing dates.
- Review contracts and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate regularly with Real Estate agents, clients, lenders, and other pertinent parties to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Maintain organized transaction files and documentation.
- Monitor and track the progress of each transaction and provide status updates to the relevant parties.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the transaction process and work to resolve them efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator for 3+ years minimum within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong understanding of Real Estate transactions and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools for transaction management.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in Real Estate transactions.
