Reason for Existance:
The administrative assistant provides accurate and timely processing of general administrative support to his/her department.
Key result areas & Key deliverables:
- Follows-up all input delivered by relevant stakeholders and takes the necessary actions.
- Keeps the ERP data-base up-to-date.
- Collects, reads, shares, follows-up and files all relevant documents.
- Creates and follows up a weekly and/or monthly planning.
- Prepares invoices and PO’s as per company procedures.
- Has regular contact (by mail, phone,…) with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Create reports based on ERP data or other data regularly or upon request by the manager or supervisor.
- Prepare payroll files along with employees and follow up correct input of information to the payroll system.
- Respects Sarens’ safety, quality, environment, and health rules according to document “Responsibilities of Employees with regard to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality”. If necessary, applies local prescriptions and regulations. The safety of individuals is our main concern.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and teams
- Experience in project coordination or event planning is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
