The Expeditionary Force Protection Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government leaders. Support includes coordinating research and development projects, end-user requirements, and reviewing technical proposals. This position will be working in the area of Expeditionary Force Protection for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities to combat terrorism for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations. The Expeditionary Force Protection team primarily focuses on Blast Effects and Mitigation; Screening, Observation, Detection, and Protection; Maritime Security; and Subterranean Warfare.
ManTech is seeking an individual with a strong interest in rapid technology development in support of military operations and combatting terrorism, and the ability to work in a fast pace, high demand team environment.
General Responsibilities:
Provide technical advice and assistance on Expeditionary Force Protection matters.
Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
Facilitate and manage Expeditionary Force Protection portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.

5 years of experience in military operations in combat engineering or similar experience.
5 years of experience with screening, observation, detection, or protection technologies in facilities, infrastructure, maritime, or subterranean domains.
Experience in DoD Special Operations
DAWIA Level 1 Certification (Program Management + Test and Evaluation). Or, complete within 18 months of start.
