Full-Time – Anesthesiology/Call Schedule Opening at Norwalk Hospital in Fairfield County, Connecticut (One hour from New York City)
Western Connecticut Medical Group is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist/call schedule to join our employed group at Norwalk Hospital, located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, about 60 miles northeast of New York City. With approximately 40 physicians and 40 CRNAs across 3 hospitals, our group covers a variety of cases including spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics. Our highly experienced team provides 24/7 coverage at Danbury and Norwalk Hospitals as well as coverage at New Milford Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established program that includes teaching to residents, medical students and CRNA students.
The ideal candidate will be board certified/eligible in Anesthesia and looking to join a collegial team. We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including base salary plus incentives and allowances for CMEs and Dues expenses, and relocation reimbursement.
Norwalk Hospital has 366 beds and is also a Level II Trauma Center with approximately 50,000 ED visits per year.
