Accountable Task

MLS Bidder - also known as Acquisition Analyst Assist the acquisition team in obtaining individual homes for sale through the MLS and wholesale sources.
Reviewing homes for sale within the assigned regions 2 times a day
Analyzing the location of the home along with calculating the rent estimate, renovation estimate, HOA yearly dues and property taxes then offer on homes that meet Conrex requirements.
Reviews a renovation budget or video provided by the realtor to confirm the aforementioned items and approve highest and best offer.
Works closely with the Realtor for each assigned market and has a full understanding of the complexities within each real estate market.
Job Requirements

Strong data entry skills with the ability to use hot keys to improve speed.
Highly Analytical with the ability to obtain data, analyze and make decisions.
Highly articulate written and oral for giving directives.
Ability to be flexible to adapt to changes in process and responsibilities.
Competitive spirit driven by exceeding goals.

4 year degree or 3 years of applicable experience.
5 years+ real estate back ground in sales, property mgt and/or renovation.
