PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
Logistics (Warehousing & Distribution)
- Manage a delivery of products to customer. This includes the best shipping method and scheduling shipments of product
- Keep and track the precise record of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Manufacturing (focused on productivity and efficiency
- Stock quality management (Defective or unwanted products)
- Check and managing the manufacture and expiration dates of the stocks
- Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum performance
- Publishing the periodic performance reports
- Managing of product's manufacture and expire date.
- This task have includes care of FIFO issues, disposal process, make a plan to exhaust.
Order process
- Supervise order processing including receiving orders and input into the system and Hand over orders/picking list to the warehouse.
- Check and verify item and quantity when receiving and shipping out.
Management
- Managing 3PL (Manage operation and solve issue)
- Managing trucking companies (Manage schedule and solve issue)
- Cooperate to with all companies in relation to us
Planning
- Build and propose SCM strategies that increase efficiency and speed
- Build and propose to reduce cost
- Propose to new and more efficiency process to companies regarding to operation, delivery (ex; Rescheduling delivery in unfavorable conditions, reducing of inventory time...)
Inventory
- Reconcile the physical inventory records with system.
- Keep and track the precise records of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Confirm receiving and shipping out daily to keep right daily inventory data.
- Report any issues such as shortages, overages, aging, etc.
- Participate in monthly physical inventory check.
Customer Service
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Performance
- Recording of all transaction and purchase cost
- Report and closing of monthly inventory to HQ
- Develop to performance and method regarding to forecasting
- This task has included purchase invoice and logistics invoices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 1-2 years of Supply Chain Management experience
- Must have similar experiences of logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong financial acumen is a plus
- Data analysis skills
- Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Must possess strong responsibility – self-directed, with independent judgment, accurate decision, and concentration
- Advantage additional experiences of food industry
- Must be proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must thrive in a team environment, but be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Must be bilingual in Korean and English
