Leverage industry best practices and technologies to design Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions for complex cloud-based applications, IoT platforms and data-driven products.
Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert on efficient and effective identity and data protection techniques.
Analyze and define process requirements to support identity and data protection requirements.
Define and enforce policy and standards for access controls across multiple cloud environments.
Assist in designing solutions and services for IAM that can be reused in other HCE/Business Unit solutions.
Assess technical capabilities for outside services including COTS solutions, Engineering Services, Open Source and SaaS models.
Mentor and train HCE/Business Group employees on IAM concepts and solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in a computer-related field such as Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
5+ years developing, architecting, and implementing enterprise, industrial or embedded class security solutions.
Extensive experience with IAM in Cloud, Containerized and Big Data environments.
Strong knowledge of industry-leading IAM tools and integration patterns using SAML, OAuth.
Deep understanding of integrations with API gateways and reverse proxies.
Experience with Privileged Access Management and credential management tools like CyberArk, HashCorp Vault, etc.
Scripting knowledge including bash, PowerShell, python etc.
Experience with Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) concepts, products, architectures and deployments.
Cross-functional expertise in multiple Information Security domains (IAM, Data Privacy, Encryption, Operations, Trustworthy Cloud and Edge Computing, Securing Large Scale Platforms, AI-driven Security Intelligence, Security Training, etc.)
Active engagement and contributions to the cybersecurity community via security related forums, blogs, security conferences, white papers, etc.
Determination and passion to learn, experiment and shape the future of security in connected technologies.
Technical certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, GCIA, GCFA, GPEN, GCFE, CCNA, and CCNP.
Understanding/Knowledge of global frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, FIPS, GDPR, DFARS, etc.
Strong working knowledge of DevSecOps tool chain and working in a fast paced Agile environment.
