EVENT MANAGEMENT TENT-POLE EVENTS

Establish the EABU culture event marketing team as a powerful event marketing function that collaborates cross-functionally and executes Red Bull Culture Marketing’s large-scale events, ensuring a best-in class consumer experience.

Hands on event management of large scale event properties like Red Bull Music Festival New York and Chicago, from planning to production, to reconciliation and recapping.

Manage a large, cross-functional and senior project team to optimize outcome against pre-defined KPI’s from all functions.

Collaborate with key stakeholders within HQ and the BUs- including activation, digital programming, artist marketing, brand, and sales departments - to build execution plans that maximize the impact of the events network across the business.

Set up detailed project documentation, roles & responsibilities, timelines and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

Communicate key dates, action items, and updates regularly with project team and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of event projects.

Closely manage project budgets including the ability to develop accurate cost estimates for projects as well maintaining the budget and post project reporting.

Lead project related meetings along with a timely follow up of meeting notes and action items for large-scale events and campaigns.

Work with project management team and stakeholders on standardizing processes and procedures in order to maximize efficiency and produce the highest quality work.

Oversee event production in tandem with production partners on-site to ensure the event vision gets produced as planed

Serve as branding expert across events network working with key stakeholders and third parties as necessary to ensure the relevant program experience is consistently communicated.

Bring the can front in center and ensure an authentic product integration at all times.

REGIONAL SUPPORT

Establish the culture event marketing team as a powerful support function, assisting regional Culture Marketing Managers with local event projects.

Function as the point of contact for regional events topics

Maintain and roll out documentation for assigned events and projects that clearly define goals, expectations, and programmatic guidelines for regional stakeholders responsible for marketing and production.

Share feedback between global, national and regional stakeholders.

Work with key stakeholders and third parties to develop new production and branding solutions.

Serve as a ticketing expert, supporting a cross functional team of stakeholders to ensure events network maximizes opportunities for data analysis and incremental revenue.

Collaborate with HQ to provide project management tools and trainings for the region

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Establish a strong BU event marketing team that has SMART goals, works empowered, delivers results and has fun.

Build a powerful BU event marketing team that works with passion and purpose

Provide clear goals, processes, company context and norms

Build and maintain strong relationships with HQ, BU & Region stakeholders via collaboration, consensus building & communication.

Provide consistent feedback and effective coaching to the BU Culture Event Marketing team and Region Culture Marketing Manager network.
5+ years event management experience, preferably overseeing a network of events in multiple markets

3 years experience producing music or dance events, preferably with strong understanding of live music venue operations

3 years agency and/or direct brand marketing experience working with branded events

Thorough understanding of event production, marketing, and logistics

In-depth knowledge of music industry standards & practices

Proven track record of strong planning, organizational and project management competencies

Demonstrated innovative practices that take calculated risks

Ability to execute ideas with a focus on quantitative metrics to reach brand goals

Exceptional communication skills including active listening and clarity of voice
