We are a growing law firm with offices in Austin, Texas and Abilene, Texas serving clients in a variety of practice areas (business, estate planning, probate, healthcare, and construction law) seeking a Client Experience Specialist to assist with client intake and onboarding, lead development and conversion, and a variety of administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will be a good listener, an excellent communicator, have a sympathetic heart and be 100% committed to providing our clients with elite customer service. Sales experience is strongly preferred, as this position involves more than answering phones and taking notes. Our Client Experience Specialists manage the firm’s lead pipelines, qualify incoming leads, schedule appointments, “pre-sell” legal services to prospective clients, and safeguard the firm’s reputation.
