We are looking for a detail-oriented, "roll-up-your-sleeves" HR Associate to join our growing People Team. The Associate will assist with many aspects of the HR lifecycle such as performance management, learning and development, recruiting, and vendor management. Additionally, this individual will partner directly with the CAO on a variety of reporting and research projects. Ideally, this HR professional will come from a best-in-class organization, preferably in professional services and have a minimum of 4 years of experience.
HR lifecycle management:
Application review in Greenhouse (GH) our applicant tracking system, advance qualified candidates and screen when necessary
Schedule kick-off meetings for new recruitment needs, maintain meeting minutes and track in GH
Schedule feedback meeting wrap-ups after each interview round, maintain meeting minutes and track in GH
Source and research top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
Perform L&D scheduling, feedback collection and attendance
Assist with annual performance management cycle set up, data collection and dissemination
Project management of Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and programs
Project management of annual summer internship program
Liaise with vendors: Namely, Glassdoor, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Learning, Greenhouse, Bright Horizons, Calm, Everfi
Maintain diversity recruitment relationships with colleges, recruiting partners (e.g., Jopwell) and mentorship partners (e.g., America Needs You)
Assist with global maintenance of Namely including headcount, reporting and other functionalities
Maintain monthly and quarterly HR headcount and recruitment forecast reports
Respond to all HR reporting requests from CVC
Ensure compliance filings are complete including EEOC details
Ad-hoc recruitment and HR research and reporting
