Job Description

we are in need of a temp to help us for 4 - 8 weeks. Tasks would be as follows:

  • Managing AP email alias and pulling invoices/saving into assigned AP Accountant folders
  • Data Entry of AP invoices
  • Reviewing PO-s for Item Receipts to match to invoices
  • Basic Excel skills helpful
