Job Description
The Sr. Marketing Web Strategy Analyst is responsible interpreting how Vivint’s customers interact with our website. They must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make persuasive recommendations to improve the customer experience. The web analyst assists in helping generate web hypotheses and interpreting the results. The analyst will work closely with other members of the marketing operations team, conversion optimization specialists, and digital marketing channel owners in a fast-paced environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze website behavior and customer experience
Conduct data validation, coordinating tags and tracking parameter implementations
Manage, track and report on the effectiveness of new website features and marketing initiatives
Create tracking requirements from multiple sources including digital marketing channels, development teams, and executives
Support Digital Marketing channels in their data and ad-hoc reporting needs
Own the maintenance of web analytics platforms (GA360 and GTM) and 3rd party pixels
Ensure proper data flow between various 3rd party platforms/applications and Vivint systems
Manage forecasts and marketing metrics for tracking and performance
Develop visualizations or presentation quickly for business stakeholders and executive teams
Work collaboratively with multiple marketing channels to communicate marketing campaign information and channel KPIs
Stay up to date on marketing trends and industry best practices

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
Ability to help train and mentor business users on how to use site tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience with marketing technology platforms like SFDC, Acquia/Drupal, Optimizely, Hotjar

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or Analytics related field
2-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related field web analytics
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery
Experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager
Functional knowledge of SQL
Advanced MS Excel capabilities
Working knowledge in SEO, SEM, Content, Affiliate, Influencer, Email, or other areas of digital marketing

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
