Scope:
Collaborates with key stakeholders in assigned functional areas to understand business drivers and develop training strategies that drive a learning culture
Performs educational analysis and design for Learning and Development (L&D) programs
Supports implementation, sustainment and evaluation of L&D programs
Establishes training effectiveness strategies and associated ROI
Partners with colleagues, customers and vendors to identify training initiatives or improvements
Manages implementation of technical and cGMP training initiatives
Represents Training Program during regulatory inspections
Partners with clients to create/modify training curricula for all levels in the organization
Responsible for new employee induction program facilitation and continuous improvement
Contributes to the development of new training concepts, techniques and standards to cultivate an agile workforce
Able to work strategically and tactically in a dynamic work environment to achieve company goals

Additional Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of cGMP industry practices
Instructional Design experience preferred
Demonstrated project management skills and experience
Demonstrated team and collaboration skills
Learning management system experience a plus

Problem Solving:
Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems utilizing ingenuity and innovation
Ensures solutions are consistent with organizational objectives
Working knowledge of Sigma-LEAN methodologies a plus

Plans, schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives

Consultant to functional area or management
Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects

Adept at building global, cross-functional relationships and partnerships

Supervisory/Management Skills:
May supervise other personnel
Will manage program and project sub-teams

Education:
Accredited Degree or Equivalent Years Experience

15+, BA/BS 10+ years, Masters 8+ years
