Alan Gray LLC is seeking Litigation Management Specialists for Long-Term Care in the New York/ New Jersey area (Remote from Home) as well as Boston (telecommuting flexibility).
Position Summary: Must have experience handling claims for medical professional/negligence related to Nursing Home/Assisted Living/Rehabilitation facilities as well as general liability claims. Alan Gray LLC is seeking experienced Claims/Litigation Specialists with two years or more experience for our expanding TPA practice.
Ability to manage the claims/litigation process; ensure timely and cost-effective claims and litigation resolution for medical malpractice, medical/nursing home facilities and professional liability/general liability claims;
Experience in managing outside defense counsel and other related vendors;
Experience in evaluating coverage, managing investigations, evaluating and negotiating litigated claims.
Must have 2 years or more experience handling medical professional, nursing and other related Long Term Care facilities as well as general liability claims;
Effective communication and negotiation skills;
Current and valid adjuster licenses or the ability to obtain licenses quickly required, particularly in NY and other jurisdictions as needed;
Strong organization and interpersonal skills;

Able to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines and striving to achieve overall “Best Claims Practices”.
