The HR Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) is a newly established centralized global team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, reporting and analytics for workforce data. We have a vision to help make individuals, teams, and businesses at JPMC among the most engaged and productive in the world. Our mission is to create workforce insights that allow leaders to make evidence-based people decisions that help drive measurable business outcomes.
We are currently looking for a seasoned Oracle HCM reporting, data & Infolets development (VP level) candidate to lead all aspects of report, dashboard build, design and launch. This role will report to the Head of WFA and can be based out Plano TX, Newark DE or Columbus OH.
Position Overview & Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for end to end development of reports, data visualizations and dashboards in Oracle HCM, as well as ad-hoc analytics.
Lead the support and management of Business-LOB-Manager focused reports and dashboards on the HCM portal. Drive the set up and production of dashboards measuring KPIs using Oracle Analytics Products including Oracle Business Intelligence, BI Applications (OTBI and BIP)
Architect Oracle HCM reporting concepts and general module functionality for Security, Learning, Performance, Talent, Payroll and Timekeeping functions
Drive innovation with stakeholders during agile development sessions to create and improve manager dashboards, reports leveraging newly on-boarded data sources
Query data and merge information from diverse data sources to create rich datasets that enable better decision-making
Build internal HCM reporting COE that leads reporting roadmap and build for HCM modules, avoids duplication and drives consistency for all HCM data reporting
Work with other teams and multi-task on projects to summarize and synthesize data and present recommendations to the businesses in a clear and logical manner
Support on-going development of HR Workforce analytics platform by partnering with business to identify needs, define new data sets, technical testing and launch support including training of new users
Identify unexplored data opportunities for the business to unlock and maximize the potential of workforce data within the organization
Keep abreast of HR trends and provide recommendations for testing new and emerging technology
Support ongoing technology evaluation process and proof of concept projects
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in data reporting projects related to Human Resources analytics in the financial services domain
Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with senior executives to deliver transformational initiatives with significant corporate-level visibility and performance impact
Successful completion of multiple full life-cycle implementations with Oracle HR modules including Oracle Recruitment (HCM cloud implementation preferred) with strong impact on reporting and data
Experience with business intelligence dashboard and reporting tools such as Oracle BI, Tableau, Qlik
Additional proficiency in analyzing data using tools such as Tableau, SQL and Business Objects to develop and automate reports or analysis that lead to actionable business insights a plus
Experience with relational databases utilizing SQL to pull and summarize large datasets, report creation and ad-hoc analyses
Knowledge of big-data (Hadoop) concepts
Experience in reporting development and testing, and ability to interpret unstructured data and draw objective inferences given known limitations of the data
Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense opportunities hidden in data
Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
Self-starter who can provide thought leadership and drive results in a dynamic and fast evolving environment
