Salesforce Administrator (Temporary)

The Salesforce Administrator will provide project driven Salesforce support and guidance to the company's internal users. This role is responsible for implementing high priority Salesforce projects and modifications.


  • Functional knowledge of SFDC data structure and relational databases, and an understanding of how to leverage the tool to meet complex process and reporting requirements
  • Evidence of supporting effective business solutions in SFDC that generated increased adoption or measurable returns to the business
  • Ability to perform Salesforce administration functions, including but not limited to:
  • User setup and management of profiles and roles
  • Customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts
  • Development of customized reports and dashboards
  • Creation of workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, and process builder
  • Data modifications using DataLoader
  • Lightning and mobile configuration experience a plus
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model
  • Mid-level or better Excel skills
  • Proven customer service, technical support, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in a geographically dispersed environment (conf. calls, Go To Meeting, face-to-face)
  • Self-motivated, creative, grasps concepts quickly
  • Ability to work independently and triage issues in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines


  • Support CRM Manager as a senior-level resource on project work, system modifications, and daily administrative tasks utilizing skills and technologies mentioned above
  • Lend expertise to other team members to cultivate their Salesforce skills
  • Monitor SFDC usage for compliance and security
  • Perform work in sandbox environment and migrate as indicated into Production using change sets
  • Update production data, as required, using DataLoader
  • Participate in system testing
  • Work on multiple projects/priorities concurrently using Agile methodology to ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions


  • Preferred degree inInformation Systems.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification required
