POSITION SUMMARY
The Aeroseal Technician installs, maintains, and repairs indoor and outdoor air quality systems. Will perform warranty services and emergency repairs which may also include assisting with customers' queries. Will work under the supervision of various managers as assigned.
EXAMPLES OF WORK
- This player is in the field on a day-to-day basis, leading the team to deliver high quality seals efficiently. The responsibilities are sizeable.
- Working alone or leading a project team to complete the work with quality and efficiency
- Show-up dependably on-time to the office then to the customer location with everything they need
- Assess the customer’s system design and setup and develop a solid plan for project completion day-of-job
- Be courteous and professional with the homeowner upon greeting them and throughout the process
- Direct the project sequence and troubleshoot any problems that arise, making good decisions
- Be confident and committed to successfully completing the job, and willing to seek help from Aeroseal Tech Support as needed if they encounter application problems or equipment challenges
- Must be tech savvy running equipment, and capable of using a computer and software
- Communicate as needed with the customer about problems which may arise or changes to the plan
- Care & upkeep of all Aeroseal equipment, and vehicle(s); follow all recommended maintenance guidelines
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 0-3 years of experience as an HVAC installer and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Pay based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
